Heerlijke Italiaanse pizza met goede kwaliteit ingrediënten! Alleen jammer dat je de pizzas zelf niet kan ophalen

2 weken geleden hebben wij besteld en toen schreef ik een slechte recensie. Er is toen heel goed gehandeld (super klantgericht, complimenten!) vanuit Il Gatto Ciccione! Zodoende in de herkansing nogmaals 2 pizza’s besteld gisteren, dit verdient een hele goede recensie. Pizza’s heerlijk, warm, goed deeg, kwalitatieve ingrediënten. Nu snappen wij waarom dit aanbeveeld werd aan ons. Tot de volgende keer!

Its the best Italian pizza in town.We def love it! We dont eat anymore from any other place. This is not a crappy snackplace that makes hundreds of food at the same time! Its the REAL deal. The delivery guy, is most of the time same person, comes always with a smile. We get time to time discount codes, not necessary but nice to be reminded that its again pizza time! Our kids love the paws on the boxes, and we conspired many stories about it :) Thank you for the whole experience.

Eindelijk een bezorg pizzeria in de buurt die topkwaliteit pizza’s levert. Krokant en vers en prima van smaak. Dit was onze eerste bestelling maar er zullen er zeker meer gaan volgen!

De pizza kwam snel. Deze was wel redelijk koud bij aankomst. Daarbij hebben wij 2 pizza’s besteld waarvan 1 een verkeerde pizza was, een goedkopere. Toen wij het telefoonnummer van de zaak belden om dit te melden, kregen wij tot 3x toe de voicemail. Deze hebben wij uiteindelijk ingesproken. Er is niet terug gebeld. Jammer, dat dit onze eerste ervaring was nadat andere mensen ons deze pizzeria nota bene hebben aanbevolen

Bezorging top. Vorige week was mijn eerste bestelling die was top. De tomatensaus de tallegio alles was lekker knapperig korst nu was alles zacht en iets minder. Mss andere pizzabakker. Nog steeds lekker. Maar niet gevoel van vorige week.

Very good quality ingredients, excellent Neapolitan pizza that is tasty to eat and is not too soft and wet in the middle . One of my favorite pizzeria in Utrecht ! Delivery service is perfect , the pizza arrived on time, warm and in its shape . Totally recommended

Dear Wendy, We are very sorry that you had a bad experience and that you did not receive what you ordered. As soon as we saw your comment, we issued a full refund. Our kitchen is in a mostly steel building, so the phone signal often drops. Because of this, we are not always reachable by phone, but we are always available on WhatsApp, as it was mentioned on the receipt. Of course, if no mistake had happened, contacting us would not have been needed. We are investigating how your pizzas could have arrived cold. After baking, we put them directly into a thermal bag, and according to our tracking data the courier reached you in 12 minutes. We want to understand what went wrong and improve if needed. If you are willing, please contact us on WhatsApp and share a few details with us. This could really help us improve our process.
